What About a Cell Phone Ban on South Jersey Beaches?

First: Not my idea.

Second: There's a reason behind it.

You must see this video from Sweden! It reminds parents that they should be watching their kids - and not be scrolling on their cell phones.

Good thought, but is a ban necessary?

(If they ban cell phones, how are people going to hear Cat Country 107.3 on the beach, when they have the Cat Country 107.3 APP on their phones?)
