What Are These Seagulls Doing?! [VIDEO]

We've all seen weird things at the beach, especially Memorial Day weekend when the shoobies come down doing Lord-knows-what. But now they're tainting the brains of our Jersey Seagulls?!

When I saw this I personally felt violated... Can someone please explain to me what the heck is going on here?!

Hopefully you're beach experience doesn't involve fornicating seagulls.
