Tuesday night at Atlantic Cape Community College, Careme's Restaurant was decked out in food that will be showcased at the annual Atlantic Cape Restaurant Gala.

Tuesday night was just a tease of some of the delicious food that will be served at the annual Restaurant Gala.  Nicole Gaffney (a graduate of the college's culinary program and Next Food Network Star runner-up) was a guest.  She demonstrated a delicious seared scallop with Romesco sauce.

The Restaurant Gala is one of the biggest fundraising events for scholarships at the Academy of Culinary Arts.  The formal event will be held on March 26th at Bally's in Atlantic City.

It looks like it will be a delicious time!

Tuna tartar, grilled squid with different sauces and beef carpaccio were all fantastic!  The beef was my favorite!
