Christmas Cookies

I love to cook, but I'm a much better baker.  My husband is the cook in our family.  But I love it when my kitchen is covered in flour and sugar and there is butter everywhere!  It really puts me in the Christmas spirit.I already started baking for Christmas.  I made the ginger cookies below and stashed them in the freezer.  And tonight I'm making some form of chocolate chip cookies to freeze as well.   So here are some of my favorite Christmas cookie recipes!  Happy baking!
