
Cops: Nine More Child Porn Arrests in Burlington County, Total Now 46
Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina says nine more people, which brings the total to 46 over twelve months, have been charged as part of an operation targeting online predatory behavior and the possession and distribution of child pornography.
The dozens of arrests were part of Operation Safe Quarantine, which went after people engaged in the online exploitation of children during the pandemic.

Since the State of New Jersey has lifted most of the pandemic restrictions, this operation is coming to an end, "But rest assured, we will continue to investigate these offenders as aggressively as we have always done," Coffina said in a press release. "The apprehension and prosecution of those who seek to exploit or harm children will remain a top priority."
Those arrested as part of the final phase of Operation Safe Quarantine include:
• 32-year-old Erbin Isreal of Willingboro - charged on March 29 with Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Third Degree). Isreal is accused of possessing child sexual abuse material.
• 25-year-old Evan Seif of Palmyra - charged on April 21 with three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (two Second Degree and one Third Degree). Seif is accused of possessing and distributing child sexual abuse material.
• 19-year-old Alexander J. Bates of Mount Laurel - charged on April 30 with three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (two Second Degree and one Third Degree). Bates is accused of possessing and distributing child sexual abuse material.
• 22-year-old Mitchell Goroway of Mount Laurel - charged on May 5 with three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (two Second Degree and one Third Degree). Goroway is accused of possessing and distributing child sexual abuse material.
• 54-year-old Luis Fernandez-Whipple of Moorestown - charged on May 7 with three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (two Second Degree and one Third Degree). Fernandez-Whipple is accused of possessing and distributing child sexual abuse material.
• 29-year-old Colin Doty of Evesham - charged on May 12 with three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (two Second Degree and one Third Degree). Doty is accused of possessing and distributing child sexual abuse material.
• 22-year-old Robert Abramson of Mount Laurel - charged on May 13 with one count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Third Degree). Abramson is accused of possessing child sexual abuse material.
• 26-year-old Lewis Roberts of Evesham - charged on May 27 with two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (Third Degree), Possession of Large Capacity Ammunition Magazines (Fourth Degree) and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon (Fourth Degree). Roberts is accused of possessing child sexual abuse material, sending inappropriate images to juveniles, and illegally possessing a firearm.
• 20-year-old Ryan Christopher of Palmyra - charged on June 1 with three counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child (two Second Degree and one Third Degree). Christopher is accused of possessing and distributing child sexual abuse material.
All persons are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
