Does South Jersey Need Its Own Vegetarian Burger King? [POLL]
Burger King is reportedly testing out a concept kitchen that is completely vegetarian. Does South Jersey need one?
More and more plant-based options have been working their way into our grocery stores and fast food joints.
However, Vurger King, Burger King's 100% vegetarian restaurant is a first of its kind in the fast-food world. It's opening in Madrid, Spain, but it's a temporary venture. Vurger King will only be open for one month.
It's not vegan, just vegetarian, but an amazing alternative for meat-freers who still like to indulge in a little fast food once in a while.
Some of the items on Vurger King's plant-based menu will reportedly include a plant-based Whopper, vegan chicken nuggets, and a plant-based alternative to Burger King's signature Long Chicken Sandwich, according to thevegetarianbutcher_es on Instagram.
Guests who want to go totally vegan can ask to have items like cheese and mayonnaise removed from their order, according to trendhunter.com.
I would personally LOVE to see one of these 'Vurger' King restaurants in South Jersey. I think it could do really well. Do you agree? Take our poll below.
