It was about 8:45 pm pm on Wednesday when Naim Ways, 25, of Bridgeton, was brought to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead following a crash on the 2500 block of River Avenue in the Cramer Hill section of Camden, police said.
Luis Davila, 32, the rider of the ATV, was found later by police and charged with leaving the scene of a fatal motor vehicle crash and receiving stolen property.
Officials say Ways was the second dirt bike rider to be killed on the streets of Camden this month, after a 21-year-old man was hit by an NJ Transit bus last week.
