Stockton University In Lockdown As Galloway NJ Police Seek Shooter

Multiple sources have confirmed that the Stockton University Galloway Township Campus is presently in a lockdown mode … as the Galloway Township, New Jersey Police Department is managing an off-campus shooting.

STOCKTON EMERGENCY: Continue to shelter in place. Galloway Township Police are seeking two suspects in a white sedan connected to an off-campus shooting. The suspect passenger is a white male with a green shirt and long blond hair. The vehicle entered Vera King Farris Drive at Jimmie Leeds Road, traveling north through campus and has not been located. IMPORTANT ADDENDUM: 4:30 P.M., September 11, 2025

A senior Stockton University official has just confirmed to me that the lockdown has been lifted and everyone at Stockton University is safe and sound.

A senior Atlantic County law-enforcement official has confirmed to us that a woman was shot in the face. The Galloway Township Police Department is still in search of the shooter.
