Matt Blatt Kia is stepping-up and extending a helping hand to those in the retail and hospitality industries who may be struggling to put food on their table.

On Sunday, July 12th, Matt Blatt Kia on the Black Horse Pike in Egg Harbor Township, in conjunction with the Community Food Bank of New Jersey, will be offering food to those who need it who are in the retail and hospitality industries. To qualify, you must be able to show proof of residency in Egg Harbor Township, Mays Landing, Galloway, Absecon, or Pleasantville.

The food drive runs from 10AM to 1PM, but food will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. Matt Blatt Kia is asking those in need to pre-register (however, you are not guaranteed food due to limited quantities).

We spoke with Roy Greenblatt, owner of Matt Blatt Kia, and asked him why his employees were rolling-up their sleeves and getting involved. He simply said, "This pandemic has hurt a lot of good families in our community. We feel that helping people eat is the least we can do to lend a hand."
