Former Phillies second baseman, Chase Utley is selling his suburban Philadelphia home a year after packing his bags for Los Angeles.  But he's not the only famous Philadelphian to own this Gladwyne home.

76er Allen Iverson once owned this 8,000 square foot home.  Iverson owned the house from September 2000 until 2006.

Utley and his wife bought the home in September 2013 for $2.325 million.  It's on the market today for $3.495 million and has 6 bedrooms, 6 & 1/2 baths and it's completely renovated with a beautiful pool.

Utley and his wife still own a three-level penthouse near Washington Square in Philadelphia.
