As Randy Travis recovers from a heart problem and a stroke, his brother, David Traywick, is in a North Carolina jail on charges of conspiracy to traffic methamphetamine and trafficking methamphetamine.

Authorities searched a home in Union Country, N.C. this past Tuesday night. Police removed evidence from the home, and arrested Traywick, his wife Jessica, and two other women on meth charges.

Police found a one-pot meth lab inside the home.

Traywick has had some trouble with the law before. Last year he was arrested on different meth charges, but that case hasn't been decided yet.

He is currently behind bars held under a $500,000 bond.

It's unclear whether Travis knows about his brother's arrest yet. As of yesterday, he was in serious but stable condition at a hospital in Texas.
