The five-year old girl first reported missing from her Bridgeton Monday is still missing.

Police are again asking for your help with any information on the 5-year-old girl who was last seen about 5 p.m. Monday at a large park in Bridgeton.

The girl, identified as Dulce Maria Alavez, was wearing brown pants with flowers and butterflies, a pink shirt with long sleeves, and white dress shoes when she was last seen in the area of Bridgeton Park, a 1,500-acre area that includes a lake and the Cohanzick Zoo.

Bridgeton police did not provide any information about what the girl was doing or with whom she might have been before she was reported missing.

Elena Alavez, the missing girl’s aunt, told 6ABC’s Jeanette Reyes that the girl was playing with her siblings at the park when she wandered off.

Dulce's mother, Noema Alavez, reported to police that Dulce was playing on the swings with her younger 3-year-old brother approximately 30 yards away while she remained in her car with an 8-year-old relative.

According to the mother, the 3 year old returned to the car without his sister and they were not able to locate her after.

Anyone with information was asked to call 856-451-0033.
