Who’s To Blame in This Motorcycle SUV Road Rage Incident? [POLL]

In the New York City area the other day, numerous motorcyclists forced an SUV driver to slow down and stop, where one biker tried to open the SUV's driver side door. The SUV driver sped away, knocking over and seriously injuring at least one rider. Later, the motorcyclists stopped the SUV again - and, this time, they broke into the vehicle and beat the driver.

Charges have been filed against at least one biker, and police say more charges are likely. The driver of the SUV has not been charged.
