Would You Agree That This Woman Was Harassed? [VIDEO]

A woman,  being recorded on video, walked around New York City for ten hours to show us the "harassment" a woman receives.  Is this really harassment?

At the end of the video, she claims that she was harassed over 100 times.

Is it really harassment, though?

Sure, there are a lot of creepy looks, stares, and more - but, was she really harassed that many times? Is there a fine line between being friendly and harassing someone?
