Cat Country Morning Co-Host Stuck in Caribbean With Irma About to Hit

My morning show co-host's vacation has turned sour, thanks to Hurricane Irma.

Rachel Marie, from the Cat Country Morning Show with Joe & Rachel finds herself in the Caribbean with Irma blowing her way.

Rachel left last Friday and has been staying at a resort in Punta Cana, on the eastern tip of the Dominican Republic. The hurricane is anticipated to fully pass the island Thursday.

Rachel's flight was originally scheduled to leave the island on Thursday, but, obviously that doesn't appear likely now.

Rachel says she and her friend when the storm is close, they will be relocated from their resort to a shelter.
