Family Friends: They’re So Important
You may have had them, you may have not. Either way, you saw the important role they play in a family's dynamic.
I'm, of course, referring to a pack-family.
You know what I'm talking about. If you grew up with a group of families that were constantly around each other, enjoying each other's company even while doing the most basic activities, then count yourself lucky. You were part of a pack-family. I watched so many of my friends' parents do things with one or two of the same families over and over. So many times I wish I had that.
I come from a big extended family, so maybe that had something to do with the reason why I didn't have a family-friend pack like that. I only have one sibling, so my pack-family will be of the utmost importance if and when I ever choose to have children.
This viral Facebook posts puts into words so perfectly why having family-friends is such a great experience for all.
After all, nobody should have to face like alone. The more laughs, the more fun. Blood-relation not necessary. So get ready, friends... you're in it for the long-haul.
