As I continue to train for the St. Jude Rock N Roll Half Marathon in Nashville on April 30th, I figured I would tell you about my diet plan while I train!

It's SO EASY to actually gain weight while training... When you run a lot and burn a lot of calories, you are starving, all, the, time.  At least, I am!

So, here are some tips on how to keep that hunger in check while properly fueling your body!
