It's only Tuesday and you may feel like you need to hit the reset button on the week. Everyone I came in contact with yesterday, aka Monday, seemed to share the same sentiment, it was a super Monday. What I mean by a "super Monday" is, it feels like a Monday, but ten fold. You woke up Monday and wanted to go right back to sleep. You got to work Monday and wanted to restart your day.

Today you may feel a bit better, but you're still lacking that motivation for work. I get it, we all have those days. I woke up this morning thinking it was either Wednesday or Thursday, imagine my disappointment when I realized it was Tuesday. I've been struggling to figure out what to write about, which is of course an issue. However, I have come up with the solution to get through those days where you just cannot focus.

Step one, accept that you have no motivation. I made sure everyone knew that I was mentally shot yesterday. I was shouting it from the mountain tops.

Step two, find a big blanket to roll up in. I spent my day wrapped up in a big fluffy blanket and I lived my best life.

Step three, think about going to bed. I am not a girl who likes a nap, but all I wanted to do was go back to bed.

Step four, keep reminding yourself that you cannot focus.

Step five, procrastinate by binge watching YouTube videos.

Step six, do not follow any of the previous steps. Seriously, that is all terrible advice.
