The Playground Opens on the Atlantic City Boardwalk [PHOTOS]

Can we call it "Phase One" of Atlantic City's comeback?

The Playground officials opens tonight, after a sneak-peek opening last night.

The Pier Shops at Caesar's is transforming into a new retail and entertainment complex, called The Playground.

With more work expected throughout the next year, the "live music" portion of The Playground is now up and running with a number of live music venues. The "Monkey Bar" is also open.  Yet to come: a huge sports bar, a bowling alley, and more.
