Two Fires Break Out Within Hours Of Each Other in Ocean City

Two fires broke out in Ocean City only hours apart from each other.

The first was a car fire that broke out on the street during the 8 o'clock hour last night. A Subaru burst into flames. Once the fire department arrived on the scene, a crowd started to gather. According to a post to the Ocean City Fire Department's Facebook page, there were no injuries reported.

The second fire broke out early this morning (July 25th). A structural fire engulfed a portion of a building that's situated between 8th Street and Central Avenue. The comments under the Facebook post suggest it's the building that is directly behind Ready's Coffee Shop in Ocean City, but that has yet to be confirmed.

Whether or not any injuries were sustained by anyone from the second fire is currently unknown.
