Two Wounded in Atlantic City Shooting Thursday Night

Two men were wounded in Atlantic City late Thursday night.

Atlantic City Police say around 10:00 Thursday night, officers responded to South Carolina and Adriatic Avenues for a ShotSpotter alert.

Arriving officers located evidence of gunfire. Two men, a 21-year-old with a gunshot wound and a 54-year-old with a graze wound, were treated for their injuries at AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division. Neither injury is life threatening.

The investigation is being led by the ACPD Violent Crimes Unit. Anyone with information about this incident is urged to contact police at (609) 347-5788.
