You Can Buy South Jersey Home of Former Eagles Head Coach

You might never coach your favorite football team, but you can buy the former head coach's South Jersey home.

That is, if you have about $2.7 Million to spend.

Doug Pederson's Moorestown, New Jersey's home went on the market last week, with an asking price of $2,699,999, according to Zillow. The house was purchased in 2016 for $1,95 Million.

Pederson was fired as the head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles a few weeks ago, and it appears he's wasting no time in getting out of Dodge. Well, South Jersey.

According to Zillow, the home on Garwood Road in Moorestown has five bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, and just under 7,000 square feet of living space. The home sits on 3.28 acres of land.

Since the home is New Jersey, you know taxes aren't cheap. Be ready for a $5,445 a month tax bill.

The single family home was built in 1985 and it certainly has room for all of your sports trophies and memorabilia.

According to Zillow, the house is price well above the market value of $1,7 Million. (We assume Pederson's Lombardi Trophies aren't included in the sale.)
