Another South Jersey Singer to be Featured on American Idol

South Jersey is representing on the new season of American Idol!

With Mara Justine safely headed to Hollywood after her audition aired on March 12, we wish good luck to another singer with local roots!

We've confirmed that Carly Moffa of Williamstown will, in fact, be on an upcoming episode of the show, though the date of the airing cannot be confirmed. (We're told by American Idol representatives that is will not be the week of March 18th.)

Moffa, currently living in Nashville, tried out for the contest by auditioning when the show was in Tennessee.

We know Carly from her appearances in our own Cat Country Showdown contest several years ago. She also has performed at a couple Cat Country events in the past.
