
Bridgeton Police Investigate Armed Robbery
Police in Bridgeton are investigation an incident where a man says he was held up by two men - one brandishing a gun.
Police responded to a call Tuesday evening to Church Street for an armed robbery. A man told police that he was held up by two men, who demanded money. One of the men reportedly struck the man int he head with a gun.

The incident happened about 8pm. The two suspects eventually ran South on Church Street.
Police say they are looking for two men. The first is described as black, about 6 feet tall, wearing all black clothing and a black surgical mask. The second man is described as black, about 6 feet tall, wearing a gray sweatshirt, black pants, and a dark-colored face mask. Police say both men appeared to be around 18 - 20 years old.
The investigation is continuing.
