Carrie's had quite the year. She's recovered from her accident, released two singles off her new album, and announced a tour AND a pregnancy coming in 2019. Well, 2018's not over, and neither is Carrie. She's in here shaking up the country game, breaking records and taking names.

With the drop of her new album Cry Pretty, Carrie's reached new heights in the world of country music and we couldn't be more proud! Billboard.com reports that she's the first woman to have four country albums achieve the number one spot on the all-genre Billboard 200 chart.

Cry Pretty's also soared to the top as the most-selling debut country album since Luke Bryan's Kill The Lights debuted at number one three years ago.

Not only is this a huge deal for country music, but for women everywhere. In a male-dominated genre, Carrie is a force to be reckoned with. Her style, talent, and brand power make her a country music powerhouse. She proves that women country artists are just as lucrative as the men. This was the biggest week of the year for women in general according to Billboard.com, as Cry Pretty has now surpassed Cardi B's Invasion of Privacy debut units by 11,000.

Carrie's out here killing the game! There's still three months left in 2018, so we'll be on the lookout for what else she has up her sleeve.

Congrats, lady!
