Earlier this week, we highlighted the highest priced home currently for sale in South Jersey - a new construction just under $11Million.

Now, we go the other way.

We used the website, Realtor.com to find the lowest priced home in Atlantic County, and found this one for - get this - just $17,900.

This home on Lincoln Avenue in Atlantic City features 3 bedrooms and 1 bath, and, according to the listing, contains 880 square feet of living space.

According to Realtor.com, the house is listed by Georgeanna Newmones with EXECUTIVE REALTORS. The only description of the house is as follows: "NO MORE SHOWINGS:Nice size 3 bedroom 1 bath 2 Story House. Property is being sold strictly AS-IS."

We used a mortgage calculator online to try to determine the cost of a 30-year mortgage. With zero down and an interest rate of 3.92%, your monthly payment would be..... $85.

Honestly a great opportunity for a "house-flipper" or someone looking for a truly starter home.
