Steven Maxwell grew up in Penns Grove, but makes his home in Salt Lake City, Utah currently.  He's a NJ native who owns a restaurant called Maxwell's East Coast Eatery in Salt Lake and Guy Fieri and his crew from 'Diners, Drive-ins and Dives' came calling!

Maxwell grew up in Penns Grove and attended Glassboro State College on a golf scholarship.  He moved to Orlando as a pro golfer and ended up in Utah following his love of snowboarding in 2001.  He eventually bought a bar and started working on perfecting a thin crust pizza dough recipe...
