Good news, Diggerland, USA fans! The amusement park in W. Berlin, New Jersey is expanding its aquatic attractions as part of a $4 million upgrade.

A statement from Yan Girlya, co-owner, and co-president of Diggerland reads, “Many of our guests, especially children, prefer an active pool experience. A wave pool and crossing-activity pool are a perfect fit for the type of attractions they want to see."

And those are two of the new additions coming to Diggerland, according to Courier Post. The wave pool will have the ability to kick off nearly 4-foot-high waves, and the crossing activity pool will offer two, 24-foot-long side-by-side courses. The park's main pool, dubbed The Water Main, will also reportedly double in size.

It sounds like those attractions will be ready in time for Summer 2022. And a tower with three slides over 50-feet in height is also in the works for Summer 2023, Courier Post reports.

Diggerland, USA, which opened back in 2014, is located at 100 Pinedge Drive, West Berlin, NJ.

Our advice? Bring plenty of extra towels, lol.
