Man charged with assault after pulling driver out of vehicle: Vineland, NJ, Police
A South Jersey man is facing charges for allegedly assaulting a driver after running him off of a road in Vineland.
Conflicting information in a press release from the Vineland Police Department says the incident happened on either February 20th or 26th in the area of North Delsea Drive and West Garden Road.
According to authorities, Miguel Reyes-Garcia of West Berlin ran a driver off of a road and then proceeded to punch the victim's vehicle, causing approximately $1,120 worth of damage. He then pulled that driver out of his vehicle to continue the assault but fled the area.
Police did not indicate if the driver was injured in the fracas.

A warrant was signed against Reyes-Garcia and on Wednesday, March 6th,0 he was arrested for simple assault, criminal mischief, and burglary.
He was processed on the warrant and turned over to the Cumberland County Jail.
The public is reminded that charges are accusations and all persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
