Man Drowns in Mullica River Sunday Morning

A 57-year-old man is dead, after falling into the Mullica River in Bass River Township yesterday morning.

The Press of Atlantic City cites the State Police as saying the man was working on his boat at Viking Yacht Marina about 10am. He reportedly slipped, hit his head, and fell into the water.

His identity has not been released.
