New Jersey State Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a theft suspect captured on someone's homes surveillance video in Cumberland County.

Police say the theft occurred Thursday morning in someone's home in Maurice River Township.

The man can clearly be seen walking up to the front door to see if anyone is home. He then makes his way across the yard to take the weed trimmer. The sound of the barking dog doesn't seem to deter the man at all.

The man is wearing a mask, so apparently he believes in safety, just not normal human decency.
