Last week, the Birds had a rough time against the Steelers. We didn't come out on top with that one and in week 6, we didn't rack up a win against Tom Brady and the Bucs either. However, it wasn't a complete wash-out. At the very least, we didn't lose by too much. If you're a die-hard Eagles fan like me, you're at least happy that there were points on the board. I'll give the Birds a participation trophy for week 6.

Obviously, my weekly pick for Thursday's game went to the Eagles because I can't go against them. It just feels like betrayal. However, it obviously didn't work out, but it could've been worse in terms of points.

Time for my final 2 picks of the week:

Let's talk about the Seahawks at the Steelers this week. First of all, the Seahawks are down for the count with Russell Wilson still injured, so even though the Steelers won against the Birds last week, it's not hard to see why it's likely they'll come out on top against another set of birds in week 6. With the Seahawks defense in the awful shape that it is, the safest bet is on Pittsburgh in that match-up.

My last pick this week is going to Andy Reid and the Kansas City Chiefs. I love me some Andy. If he's not up against the Birds, then I'm almost always going to root for him. This pick isn't just based on child-like loyalty, though. The Chiefs are up against the Washington Football team for week 6 and it's a pretty big game. Both teams currently sit with a record of 2-3 this season, so hopefully Mahomes will be able to take on the strong defense WFB has maintained the majority of the season thus far.
