Mayer's office says 67-year-old Thomas Smith of Camden was found in the area of Kaighn Ave. and Rose St. suffering from a gunshot wound early on the morning of Sunday, August 15th. He died that same day at a local hospital.

Peaker will be held at a correctional facility in Delaware County, PA, until an extradition hearing.

The public is reminded that charges are accusations and all persons are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
