New Jersey State Police say a short, bald man robbed a bank in Cape May County's Upper Township Saturday afternoon.

Police say the man walked into the TD Bank on Route 9, shortly after noon. He handed the teller a burlap bag, with a note demanding a specific amount of money. According to police, "After the teller provided the suspect with the amount requested, he exited the bank and left in a sedan, possibly a silver 2017 Hyundai Elantra with a New Jersey license plate ending in 'W.'"

State Police have provided these photos from surveillance. They describe the man as "a white male, fair complexion, in his 40's, approximately 5 foot, 130 pounds, bald with dark brown hair on the sides, wearing a dark-colored long sleeve button up shirt and dark-colored khaki pants."
