The Oscars Are Over, Cast Your Vote for South Jersey’s Version

Last night marked the 92nd annual Academy Awards...

...or Oscars.... whatever they're calling them these days.

Anyway, the Hollywood elite showed up and showed out, the trophies were given, and history was made as the trophy for Best Picture went to a foreign film for the first time in the award show's history.

Why should us Jerseyians care? Well, we shouldn't. Sorry Hollywood, but it's not going to make us better people to know who won Best Hair & Makeup. However, you best believe that if any of the nominees had anything even remotely having to do with New Jersey, we would all have been glued to our televisions last night.

So, in honor of that fact, we felt the need to Jersey-up the categories. If New Jersey gave out Oscars, the categories would look something like this:
