ACPD Gets Help As Man Gets Clotheslined On Bicycle By Clothesline
A Pleasantville Man was riding away from Atlantic City Police when he failed to see a laundry clothesline, and ran into it, throwing him off his bicycle.
In a scene reminiscent of an old Saturday morning cartoon. Atlantic City Police say Lionel Brown-Bowman, 26, of Pleasantville was fleeing officers on his bicycle Friday evening when he cut through some yards in the Stanley Holmes Village. Police say he failed to see the clothesline, and he hit hit, sending him flying off his bike.
He was easily captured and arrested, and now faces numerous drug charges, including "three counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS), two counts of possession of CDS with intent to distribute, two counts of possession of CDS with intent to distribute within 1000 feet of a school zone, two counts of possession of CDS with intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public zone, resisting arrest, and traffic summons."
