Buena Liquor Store Argument Unravels Into Hit-and-Run

An argument inside a Buena Liquor Store spilled out into the parking lot, escalating to the point where one man hit another man with his car, then fled the scene.

According to a New Jersey State Police, the incident occurred last Thursday at Timor Liquors in Buena Vista Township. An arguments inside the store was carried outside, into the parking lot.

According to police,

Once in the parking lot, the suspect used his vehicle to prevent another vehicle from exiting. When confronted by the victim, he reversed his vehicle, struck the man, and fled the accident scene. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect vehicle sustained damage to the driver's side mirror.

Police describe the suspect as a black male in his early 20s. His car a grey four door sedan, 2005 to 2010 model possible Ford Fusion or Mercury Milan.
