NJ Cop Goes Viral For Finishing Chick-Fil-A DoorDash In Deptford
Deptford’s finest… and fastest? A Deptford police officer delivered a Chick-Fil-A DoorDash order like a true hero

This story is peak South Jersey energy. Deptford Township Officer Mike McEnery Jr. just added a new title to his resume — not just protector of peace, but now... honorary DoorDash driver?! Yep, it happened.
A DoorDash Delivery with a Side of Sirens
So picture this: You’ve had a long day. You're in your comfy pants, streaming The Last Of Us, and waiting for your Chick-Fil-A to hit your doorstep. You hear a knock and open the door expecting your bag of food left behind. Instead — it’s a Deptford cop. In uniform. Holding your waffle fries and a Chick-Fil-A bag. WHAT?!?
Cue the confusion, right? I'd be so scared I did something wrong

Nope. Turns out Officer McEnery was just out here doing hero stuff when he noticed a car broken down on Deptford Center Road. It wound up being a DoorDash driver stressing over how to complete the delivery so they wouldn’t miss out on a tip (we respect the hustle). The officer took care of the situation AND hand-delivered the food to make sure the order made it.
Going Viral the South Jersey Way
Naturally, pics of the whole thing blew up on Facebook faster than a post about a fight at the Deptford Mall. No official word on the fry sogginess.
So next time you see red-and-blues outside your house, maybe don’t panic. It could just be your spicy deluxe sandwich arriving in style. Only in Jersey, fam.
