Reports of Fire in EHT, NJ Closes Fire Road at Black Horse Pike

Crews were on the scene of a fire Monday afternoon in Egg Harbor Twp. that closed Fire Road in both directions at the Black Horse Pike.

Townsquare Media's Chris Coleman was able to get some photos of Dance Fitness on Fire Road, next to Luk Oil.

Chris received information and video from a listener that flames were coming from the back of the Dance Fitness building, which is quite a large space that also serves as a venue for parties. The fire looks to be possibly in the brush part of or adjacent to the building.

As of 1:45 p.m. Monday, there was no visible smoke or flames coming from the roof or building of Dance Fitness, but firefighters were in place, and a firetruck latter was erected to investigate.

Fire Rd. was closed to traffic in both directions at Black Horse Pike (Rt. 40/322 near Texas Roadhouse).
