Summer 2018 is waning fast (too fast). There are only a few weeks left to make some amazing Summer 2018 memories that will last a lifetime. So, before it's too late, I've compiled a list of South Jersey 'must-visits' before the end of summer for your consideration. Enjoy!

    Delsea Drive-In

    Vineland, NJ

The Delsea Drive-In movie theater in Vineland, NJ is definitely an experience for the books. Put the kids in their PJ's, load them up in the car, and experience an amazing summer night reminiscent of the 1950s-1960s. Not only is it the only drive-in located in South Jersey, but they consistently play double and triple features!

The best part, however, is the concessions! The have everything from gluten-free to Atkins options. Check out the full list here!

    Cowtown

    Pilesgrove, NJ

Who doesn't love cowboys in the summer? That's exactly what you'll see every Saturday night at the Cowtown Rodeo. According to Cowtown, this is "the oldest weekly running rodeo in America"! The rodeo features seven professional events every week. Definitely a must-see.

Cowtown Flea Market is a totally different ballgame. You can purchase all your family's Christmas presents for the year NOW all in one place, especially if you know how to haggle.

Need I even mention the food, though? DELICIOUS. There are so many different options to choose from, all fresh and local.

    Cape May Zoo

    Cape May, NJ

You may think this suggestion is pretty generic, but instead of heading to the shore for the day, plan a day at the Cape May Zoo. Best part? It's free. They have a donation box at the door, so I try to donate a little something every time I go. The zoo's layout is a giant circle, so it's easily navigable especially for families with young children.

    A Day in Batsto

    Hammonton, NJ

Nothing beats spending a day in historic Batsto Village and Wharton State Forest. Take a hike around the park or go back in time with a tour of the preserved town. Experience the life of glass and iron workers from way back when.

If museums aren't your thing, try canoeing, tubing, or kayaking down the river. In Batsto, there's something for everyone!

    Storybook Land

    Egg Harbor Township, NJ

Your child's favorite nursery rhymes come to life at Storybook Land! Picture an amusement park completely immersed in Mother Goose's complete collection of classics, and that's Storybook Land in a nutshell. What's great about Storybook Land is that it's an amusement park whose entire demographic is children under the age of 10, so if you come from a family with young children and you're hesitant about amusement parks like Six Flags, Storybook Land is your answer.
