Fundraising Event For the Kids of EHT Mom Murdered by Boyfriend

As most of us know, there was a tragic case of domestic violence in Egg Harbor Township just last month.

In which case, there will be a Benefit Barrel Race in honor of Sarah Phillips-- the mother who was murdered by her longtime boyfriend.

Anyone is welcomed, even if you have no experience with horses, there are many other activities to partake in that will allow you to come celebrate Sarah's life, for a very tender cause.

In the hopes to raise as much money as possible, there will be a Chinese auction, 50/50 drawling, and a bake sale. The event starts at 10 am on Saturday December 9th, with tickets ranging from $1 for one ticket, and $5 for 10. Tickets for the door prizes won't be pulled until noon.

All proceeds made will go to Sarah's mother, Paula, and Sarah's 4 children.

Sarah's death is very tragic and shows the public eye just how bad domestic violence is. Sarah was an amazing mother, daughter, sister, aunt, an most of all a best friends. Sarah would do anything for anyone an wouldn't ask for anything in return. Sarah is truely missed.

Benefit Barrel Race in Honor of Sarah Phillips will be taking place at D&D stables located on 279 Pancoast Mill Road in Buena. D&D stables offers trail riding to the public, horse back riding, and many other horse activities!
