Galloway Couple Allegedly Tortured Their Two-Year Old Daughter

An investigation by the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office and Galloway Township Police has led to the arrest of a Galloway couple for assaulting and endangering their young daughter.

Arrested and charged are Yolanda Torres, 33 and Jose Velez, 52.
