Galloway Township Man Killed After Car Strikes Tree

A Galloway Township man was killed after police say his car hit a tree on Moss Mill Road Sunday morning.

49-year-old Leonardo Finelli of Galloway passed away at ARMC-City after being extracted from his car.

Galloway Township Police say at around 8:00 Sunday morning, their officers responded to Moss Mill Road and Equestrian Drive for the report of a crash. Arriving officers found a car had hit a tree. An initial investigation revealed Finelli was driving east on Moss Mill Road, approaching Equestrian Drive, when his car continued straight off the roadway and into a grassy median where he crashed into a tree. The car came to rest in the westbound lane of Moss Mill Road.
