The police report says the victim, whose name has not been released, realized he had been stabbed and left the apartment and went out to the parking lot, where he pulled the knife out of his back and threw it under a car. He was then taken to Inspira Hospital.

Police say that two of the man's wounds were found to be superficial, but the third wound was deep enough to be fatal, breaking a rib and puncturing his left lung. The victim was taken to Cooper University Hospital for surgery.

Christina Roane is being held in the Cumberland County Jail pending trial on charges of attempted murder, aggravated assault and weapons charges.
