Hard Rock Shooting Suspect Arrested in Atlanta
The suspect wanted for shooting a man at Hard Rock in Atlantic City earlier this month has been arrested in Atlanta.
The ACPD says 39-year-old Emery Chapman of Pleasantville was arrested in Atlanta Thursday by members of a FBI Task Force. Authorities say he was in possession of a gun at the time of his arrest.
On February 3rd, cops responded to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center in Atlantic City for a man that walked-in with a gunshot wound to the chest. The victim, a 25-year-old man from Pleasantville, was shot after becoming involved in an altercation with Chapman at Hard Rock.
Chapman has been charged with aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon, and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
