Is This The Guy Who Stole Your Packages in Linwood?

Police in Linwood are asking for the public's help in identifying a man wanted in regards to some thefts of packages from front porches in the city.

Police report a number of thefts from porches recently, and they've provided a surveillance photo from one of the homes where a theft occurred.
