Local Brigantine Chef Eliminated From Next Food Network Star

Brigantine's own personal chef, Nicole Gaffney has been competing in Food Network's 'Next Food Network Star' and last night was the finale.  Nicole was in the top three along with Lenny, the cowboy and Luca, the Italian Stallion.  (Those are my nicknames....)

Nicole was the first to be eliminated last night leaving Lenny and Luca to duke it out.  Lenny was eventually awarded the top prize of the "Next Food Network Star."

Nicole did such a great job - she's definitely South Jersey's Star Chef!

It was so much fun watching Nicole cook her way to the top on the Food Network!  Congratulations Nicole!  And you can come in to the Cat Country studio anytime you want and cook some delicious treats :)
