Several local communities are commemorating Memorial Day with parades today.

Here's a quick look at some of the parades:

*Egg Harbor Township

The parade starts at North Mount Airy Avenue and Zion Road and will go west on Zion Road then turn onto Ocean Heights Avenue and proceed to Veterans Memorial Park.

According to organizers, "Egg Harbor Township's Memorial Day Parade is a patriotic recognition of those who have served and are serving our nation, hosted by the Egg Harbor Township Veterans Advisory Board."

*MIllville

"The parade will begin at the American Legion (Buck St/ Mulberry St) and continue to High St and travel south to High St/ Rt. 49.
Westbound on Rt. 49 there will be a ceremony on the bridge and then will continue west and into Mount Pleasant Ceremony." Information from the Millville Police Department.
The parade is expected to end by 10:30am.
*Vineland.
The parade starts at 9am. According to the Vineland Police Department, "The parade will start at Landis Avenue and Myrtle Street and will travel to the Boulevard/Landis Avenue, where there will be a brief ceremony."
