A man from Cumberland County now potentially faces decades in prison after being found guilty of having sex with a child who was under the age of 13.

On Thursday, a jury returned a guilty verdict against 31-year-old Justin Kuhl of Millville, who was facing two counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault and two counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child.

The Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office says the charges originated from several incidents that occurred between January 1, 2019, and September 11, 2020, in Millville.

Between those dates, it was alleged that Kuhl engaged in sexual intercourse with a victim who was less than thirteen years old.
