Motorcyclist Killed in Collision With Truck in Middle Township
An accident involving a pickup truck and two motorcycles has resulted in the loss of life for a 22-year-old Whitesboro man.
Middle Township Police say the crash occurred Sunday night just before 8pm on Route 9 at Bayview Road.
Details of the accident from Middle Township Police:
It was determined a 2003 Ford F-150 driven by Scott Haggerty, 46 years of age of North Cape May, was pulling out of Bayview Road making a left-hand turn onto Rt. 9 when a collision occurred involving two motorcycles traveling Northbound on Rt. 9. The motorcycles were operated by Christopher Green, 22 years of age, and Evan Harris, 18 years of age, both of Whitesboro, NJ. As a result of the crash, Christopher Green was pronounced deceased at the scene.
